This shift in mindset is ushering in a new educational paradigm\u2014<strong>competency-based education (CBE)<\/strong>\u2014that emphasizes&nbsp;<strong>skills over scores<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>mastery over memorization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Rise of Competency-Based Education<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zamit.one\/competency-based-teaching-and-learning-cbe\/\">Competency-based education<\/a> is a learner-centric approach where the focus is on\u00a0<strong>what students can do with what they know<\/strong>, rather than how much content they can recall in an exam. It enables students to progress at their own pace, ensuring they gain a\u00a0<strong>deep understanding<\/strong>\u00a0of concepts before moving ahead.
