VELCs are early learning centers based in JLT and a soon opening branch in Nad Al Shiba. The centers are managed by Edu hub investment and offer an integrated program of International Preschool Curriculum program (the ELCs are an IPC franchisee) IPC and American Common Core Curriculum Standards (CCSS). Our ELCs encompass nursery to KG2, serving children from the age of six weeks to six years. We are committed to providing parents with the very best start for their children.
