Chanakya Public School was started in the year 2003 with a few students and teachers. The loving care of the founders and the untiring efforts of the teachers has led the school to achieve the heights that it is today. The Chanakya school was started in a rented building. Then, as the year glided by, the strength of the school also began to increase and this demanded sufficient amount of space and other facilities for the proper upbringing of the students. The management purchased a land and began the construction work on a new school building. The completion of the new school building was definitely not an easy task. But today we have a full-fledged two campuses, one is day cum residential with two separate residential buildings, one each for boys and girls in the heart of Vizianagaram
