Cumballa Hill High School has its origin in the Cumballa Hill English School for Infants in 1940 founded by Late Mrs Dolly H. Forbes. In 1962 it became the Cumballa Hill High School with the course of studies designed to take Students up to the State Board Secondary School Certificate Exam. Originally situated at Kemp’s Corner, the School has two Premises: Secondary, Primary. The Cumballa Hill High School is recognised by the Government Education Department, State Board of Secondary Education and Primary Education Dept. The Cumballa Hill High School has a joyful learning-based curriculum developed through research inter-action and designed to promote skills, values and attitudes to children, parents and staff. Learning modules are successfully implemented with activities across classes.
