This symposium is the fourth episode in a series of ten symposia aimed at teachers, headteachers, department heads and other stakeholders in education. During this symposium, we will explore the significance of maintaining employability in today’s fast-paced and competitive world. We will explore the essential skills, abilities and characteristics that an educator must possess to be truly employable in the 21st century. Additionally, we will analyse various efficient methods through which teachers and school leaders can acquire these necessary attributes.
