The iTERM programme utilises Zamit’s proprietary model of Measure-Improve-Monitor (M-I-M). It is based on the Nine Dimensions for Teaching Excellence of the Common International Framework of Reference for Future Readiness (CIFR).

The iTERM Programme provides an international TERM Score based on the Common International Framework of Reference for Future Readiness (CIFR). This is analysed through the TERM analysis of over 70 Teaching Excellence and Relevance Management skills.
All CPD Programmes are mapped to Level 5 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the UK’s framework for regulated qualifications.
Certification is awarded according to achievements exhibited throughout the course and performance is assessed using the following criteria:

  • Pass with Distinction: 75% and above.
  • Pass with Merit: 60% to 74%
  • Pass: 40% to 59%
  • Participated: below 40%
