This symposium is the third episode in a series of ten symposia aimed at teachers, headteachers, department heads and other stakeholders in education. During this symposium, we’ll look at the importance of mentoring in teaching and learning. We’ll discuss why mentoring in 21st_century education is essential for providing guidance and support to students in reaching their academic goals. We’ll examine ways in which teachers can identify and address the challenges that their students may face in the learning process. We’ll also analyse the connection between mentoring and the students’ overall wellbeing and success in both primary and secondary education.
