BPS is a long cherished dream of Late Sree. Pundlikrao Gawali who was an Indian politician and M.P. representing Washim district from 1996 to 1998 in the 11th Loksabha.BHAVANA PUBLIC SCHOOL, Degaon, Risod was established by Bhavana P.Gawali, under the aegis of the society of Mahila Utkarsh Pratisthans, Risod, August 10th - 2003, with a commitment to pay her dues to Risod and a vision to provide holistic education with international standards with Indian values for the children of Risod and its surrounding areas.
