Description
On the initiation of the Local Arya Samajis and intellectuals of Simdega, the DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi came forward to open this school in 1995. In the beginning, the school was started from the Anand Bhawan (Dharmshala) on rental basis for a period of one and half year. By the time, a suitable land having an area of 13.46 acres at Tukupani, just 4 km from Simdega towards Rourkela, was purchased from Shri Prem Shankar Prasad and it put its firm footing for an educational Centre of excellence at Simdega.
