As the Student’s Strength increased and also due to other administrative necessities regarding jurisdictional obligations, this School was separated from the parent School to assume independent status with effect from 1.1.1997 and the School came under direct control of D.A.V Managing Committee, New Delhi and Regional Director Mrs. Shashi Kiran Gupta and Chairman, local managing committee, Retd Justice Amarjeet Chaudhary.
