Description
The Muslim Educational Society, a non-political socio-educational-cultural organization, registered under Societies Registration Act, was established in the year 1964. The M E S is the largest corporate agency of the Muslims in India, managing more than 150 educational institutions. M E S Central School was established in 1990 under the auspices of the Muslim Educational Society and managed by the M E S Valanchery Unit. The school was named after a highly prominent personality of the area, Dr. N K Mohammed; a physician, a philanthropist and above all, an M E S leader.
