School is just not a place for learning but it is an institution where you find your mentors and friends for a lifetime. Probably the students spend more time with teachers and friends than with family. Therefore, apart from the parents, I urge the teachers to work hard to nurture and guide the future of our country in the right direction. Parents can provide material support and teach family values. But it is up to our teachers to provide each student a strong academic base and a free and frank environment that will bring out the best and the natural talents of each student. We require not only doctors and engineers but we also require some of you to be good bankers, economists, journalists, writers, poets, sportspersons, lawyers, artists, etc.
