Knowledge is Power. To channelize this power for the best resources and fruitful results late Dr. Ishwar Singh, Founder President and other member of Guru Nanak National College Management Board Doraha, founded this school in 1983 to spread fragrance of knowledge to mankind. No doubt many a little make a mickle. In the beginning it had limited teachers and students. Gradually the numbers multiplied and the institution progressed by leaps and bounds. Keeping in view the aims & objects of the Board, the management started it as a high school, later blossomed into a senior secondary school. Keeping in mind the need of science education in the area, Medical and Non-Medical groups were introduced at Senior Secondary level.
