Description
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Goalpara-a unit of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development ,Govt.of India was established in the year of 2007 under the guidance of Mr.Utpalananda Sarma,I.A.S.(Ex-Deputy Commisioner,Goalpara Distt.) and Mr.K.C.Dubey,the first Principal of this Vidyalaya. Initially, with the strength of 250 students, the Vidyalaya started functioning up to Class-V (Primary section) in the old J.T.S.Builing Campus ,Beltola Bazar ,Goalpara-783121.Subsequently, the Vidyalaya witnessed gradual expansion of classes.
