Kendriya Vidyalaya Started in the year 1986 at SAP Camp and later shifted to its own building at Nandyal road, Kurnool. Sprawling 11 acres campus with eye feasting greenery. Kendriya Vidyalaya Kurnool is run by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body formed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi - They are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi - and have a common syllabus and curriculum of studies.
