Description
About 70 years ago, just before independence around 1946, the K.S.R. ZP High School was established at Vegeswarapuram, West Godavari District, to cater to the educational needs of nearly 20 adjoining villages. Around the year 2010, as the school building was in a dilapidated condition, the old students of this school, villagers, K.S.R. Trust, philanthropists and non-resident Indians came forward to rebuild the school jointly with the Government of Andhra Pradesh through a public-private partnership (50:50 funding contribution).
