Nirmal Ashram Gyan Daan Academy (NGA) was founded on September 21, 2003 by His Holiness Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj amidst a big gathering of holy men, ascetics, ordinary mortals and men and women who had dedicated themselves to the service of God. Amidst the chanting of Gurbani, Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj and Sant Jodh Singh Ji Maharaj of Nirmal Ashram, Rishikesh, laid the foundation stone of NGA at the village Khairi Kalan, Rishikesh. It is an educational institution which imparts quality education to the children of those who could not afford to send their children to a good school. The School building was made ready for its inaugural session on April 02, 2004 when 178 children were selected for LKG to II Classes. Today NGA has 817 students in Classes I to XII,
