Prabhat Tara School Dhurwa, Ranchi was/is started by the Jesuit Fathers to avail better education for the local people in April 2009.The school is a co-educational.The school will be affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. The school is owned and run by the “Ranchi Jesuit Society”, under the name of “Prabhat Tara School”, a registered society which also constitutes the governing Body. The governing body has the sole authority in policy and decision making of the school. The principle is responsible in looking after the day to day functioning of the school and the Vice-Principal/Sister In-Charge for the Pre-Primary/Primary Section.
