The School is being managed by Rishiram Shiksha Samiti, Joshiyara, Uttarkashi registered under the Society Registration Act of 21, 1860, The school owes its inception to the initiative and enthusiasm of Pt. G.P. Jaguri, the founder of the school. The members of board are highly experienced and mature people with dedication towards the quality education. The Principal of school will be the main person to execute decisions of Academic Board. The teaching faculty will follow all new ways and methods of learning under the guidelines of Principal. The school is affiliated by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Board till 12th std. with Science, Commerce and Humanities (Arts).
