The school is being managed and controlled by S. D. Educational Trust (Regd.). It is a Senior Secondary School recognised by the Directorate of Education and affiliated to the C. B. S. E. (Aff. No. 2730111, Code-85327), New Delhi under its All India Scheme. At the +2 level the school has all the three streams viz. Science, Commerce and Humanities.
