Description
This School made an humble beginning in the year 1968 with just 26 Students on roll. In 1973-74, permission and temporary recognition was obtained from Director of Public Instruction for classes L.K.G; U.K.G and I to V in the name of “Exhibition Society’s K.G. & Primary School, Exhibition Grounds Hyderabad”. Later in 1975 the school name was changed to “Shankarji Memorial School” sponsored by the Exhibition Society. The permission to open VII class was obtained during 1975-76. During the years 1977-1980 the school was upgraded into High School with permission from Director of School Education to open classes VIII, IX, & X. The first batch of 10th class appeared for SSC Public Examinations in the year 1980 and achieved cent percent success.
