Description
At the beginning of 1980’s a few prominent individuals led by Freedom Fighters & Social Worker Shri Madhav Korde along with his compatriots and a few others were concerned of the lack educational facilities in the rural areas of Ponda namely Kelabaiwada, Koperwada, Mestawada, Nagzar and Haveli in Curti Village. Though they were residents of the area, most people living in these areas were poor and could not afford to send their wards to institutions which were situated in Ponda City. As a consequence, they could not educate their wards.
