Sona Public School is situated at Street No.9, Samaipur, Delhi-110042. The school is a co- educational institution since 1/4/1993 although the foundation of the school was laid down on 23/3/1993 by Dr. B.S. Yadav, then Principal, Rajdhani College, Delhi University. Initially Sona Public School was a Primary School recognised by M.C.D. Education Department, Kashmere Gate, Delhi in 1995 with the blessings of Sh. V.P. Rao, IAS, then Director of Primary Education in MCD Education Department.
