Sri Aurobindo (August 15, 1872 - December 5, 1950) was a great patriot, scholar, mystics, philosopher and yogi.The school has been dedicated in his memory. Sri Aurobindo has propounded the concept of integral Education, Therefore, Sri Aurobindo Public School, Baddi (SAPS) is based on his philosophy of holistic education. Education is meant to bring out the best in a child, develop his potentialities to the maximum, and integrate him with himself, his surroundings, his country and humanity so that he becomes acomplete man. The more important aspects of an individual are his character, his personality and his values. Therefore, the process of education must be integral.
