Initially named as Khalsa Model School and started on the auspicious day of Baisakhi in 1956, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Senior Secondary School, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh began its journey from a house in Sector-22 to become the present day landmark of Chandigarh. The School provides a well established infrastructure for the student’s right from Grade Nursery to XII. It covers a whooping area of 8 acres in ‘The City Beautiful’, which houses a total of 40 class rooms including up to mark Laboratories, big play grounds, airy & spacious modern computer lab and a well equipped Library for the students
