St Shantal School, Malamukal was opened on 5th June 2000. St Jane de Shantal, a seventeenth century French Saint is the patroness of the school. The school got affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 2001. The school is owned and managed by the sisters, Daughter of St. Francis de Sales (DSFS). The school strives to impart quality education by taking into consideration the overall development of the child. Empowering the child to become a confident adult and a convinced citizen of India is the main task of any school. Envisioned by this aim St Shantal School offers a curriculum which strengthens the innate talents and the inborn abilities of a child.
