The Phoenix School is communication-based, blending aspects of social work, conflict resolution, team building, and traditional learning. The school was started in 2010 and is giving excellent results every year.“If the children are untaught, their ignorance and vices will in future life prove more expensive in their consequences than have done in their correction by a good education”. The Phoenix is a progressive school which focuses on developing a passion for living and self knowledge in children. Schools nowadays have a redundant, one-size-fits-all curriculum, which is conducive to learning for only a small percentage of students. What needs to be taken into account while developing the curriculum is that everyone is different, having different interests and different personalities.
