I moved from Chandigarh to Mumbai a few years ago. While I love all that the city has to offer, one thing it sorely lacks is a sense of space. I can’t imagine compromising on a child’s upbringing for the lack of space to run around and discover. Kids deserve the freedom to explore and find out things about themselves and the world around them. I believe that it is essential to integrate outdoor learning along with classroom learning, which is, unfortunately, largely missing from schools today. I wanted to build the kind of space where my husband and I would be happy to send our child, when we have one. That is the ideal that The Weavers Preschool strives to achieve.
