THE IMPORTANCE OF A CIFR (for Future Readiness)
Assessing future-ready skills in students and employees is essential in a rapidly evolving world that prepares individuals for career growth, resilience, and success in an unpredictable future.
What is the CIFR?
The Common International Framework of Reference for Future Readiness (CIFR) is a guideline that describes skill achievement levels for students, teachers and jobseekers within their respective contexts.
The CIFR enables educational institutions and employers to evaluate the skills of current and prospective staff members for teaching, training, appraisals and employability.
The CIFR was developed by international experts as part of a research project, initiated and supported by The Future Foundation, Zamit (UK) and Qualifications and Assessments International (UK).
This Framework is now available on the site thecifr.org
